A museum in Wales is creating a national digital archive of letters from the front line.
The Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh wants to track down letters from Welsh soldiers throughout history – to publish them online.
The project, funded by an Armed Forces Covenant grant, will preserve the legacy of all those who fought for their country.
So far some 3500 letters and diaries have been scanned for the project named Never Forget Your Welsh Heroes.
