In pictures: UK military supports state visit of South African president

The UK's military have taken part in the official state visit of the President of South Africa, alongside King Charles and The Queen Consort.

More than 1,000 soldiers and 230 horses took part, supporting official engagements alongside His Majesty as Cyril Ramaphosa visited the UK.

Seven military bands were involved in the visit, with nine military units also taking part from across the British Army's Household Division.
