The British Army’s latest BAME conference has been held on Salisbury Plain.
Black, Asian, Minority and Ethnic groups all came together at the Tidworth Garrison Theatre.
The network was established to inform, support and inspire BAME service personnel and civil servants to achieve their full potential.
"The BAME network exists simply because there’s BAME soldiers in the Army and they need a forum where their issues and concerns can be raised and dealt with."
"We all bleed the same blood, we all serve the same Queen, we all love the same job in the same uniform. However, I would say to that person, try being the only black person in the room and then tell me life’s rosy."
Soldiers from regiments, units and squadrons from across the UK attended this annual event.
You can hear what some of those invited to the seminar gained from this years event below.
