Until recently she held the Guinness Book of World Records for the fastest marathon dressed as a piece of fruit.
But this year Sally Orange has set herself a new challenge - to run seven marathons on seven continents, dressed as a different fruit each time.
Army reservist Orange took on the Antarctic Ice Marathon - a race not for the faint-hearted.
Despite the snow, ice and sub-zero temperatures, 55 other athletes braved the conditions this year.
The marathon was the final race of seven - which she ran dressed as a pear.
The aim of Sally's challenge is to raise money for the Royal Foundation 'Heads Together' campaign and increase awareness of mental health issues.
This isn't the end for Sally, however, as she's training to run a marathon and three Ironman races next year.
