It was a Saturday afternoon to remember for military sports fans as the best rugby players from the Army and the Navy assembled at Twickenham Stadium for the biggest amateur rugby rivalry in the UK.
The home of English Rugby saw 51,859 fans walk through the doors to watch the Army vs Navy games, an amazing turnout despite planned rail strikes impacting people's travel plans to Twickenham.
The Navy, led by team captain Jarrard Hayler, defeated the reigning champions with a 22-39 victory in what is their first Babcock Trophy and Inter Services victory since 2010.
