Army women kick off their Inter Services defence with comfortable win over Navy

The British Army women's rugby league team have made a strong start to the defence of their Inter Services championship.

An eight-try performance saw the Army run riot in Portsmouth and claim a 36-0 win over the Royal Navy.

Both the Army and the Navy, who are still growing their participation numbers in the sport, are set to play the RAF over the next couple of weeks LIVE on the Forces News YouTube channel.

Game 2 on Portsmouth is a dominant win for the Army Women.
