RAF's Shona Brownlee finishes sixth in Winter Paralympics debut

Senior Aircraftwoman Shona Brownlee finished in sixth place at her debut Winter Paralympics event.

The RAF star was competing in the women's Super-G Sitting race, recording a time of 1:48.23.

The skier has been a mainstay at Meribel - the venue for the Inter Services Snow Sports Championships - over recent years and received an MBE in the 2022 New Year's Honours list.

She also won the 2021 RAF Sportswoman of the Year award.
