The RAF Motorsport team have won the Birkett Six-Hour Relay Race for the fifth time in history.
There were 70 teams involved in the race which has become a staple of the military motorsports calendar.
The 70th anniversary of the competition was held at Silverstone, with Dave Russell's BMW completing the RAF win and sealing the Inter Services title.
The RAF only had four cars competing but pulled off an incredible performance to best their rivals from the Navy and the Army.
Their least experienced driver, Alexander Smith in his white Honda, kicked off their challenge and pushed them into second place after the first hour.
Both the Navy and Army were dealt mechanical blows to ruin their races.
The Senior Service finished in 55th place while the Army recovered to rise up to a sixth-placed finish.
However, it was the RAF team who took the plaudits with an impressive win.
