UK Invictus families have taken a day out from the Games to visit one of the world's most beautiful natural landmarks.
The Games can be tough on the players and their loved ones.
So getting away from the hustle and bustle of Toronto is important, and what better way to do that than to pop down the road (about 100 miles) to the famous Niagara Falls?
The beautiful falls are made up of three separate waterfalls and mark the border of the United States and Canada.
Families can take a stroll along the rim of the falls or brave a rather soggy boat trip along Lake Ontario.
The trip was put on by the Toronto 2017 organising committee, with support from The Royal British Legion who are looking after the UK Team family and friends.
The RBL support serving personnel, veterans and their families by playing a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of those out in Toronto.
While the eyes of the world are all on Prince Harry and the Games, it's small trips like these that give happy memories to those who most need them.
