Athletes in Britain's powerlifting squad for the Invictus Games have been showing their strength in a final training session before heading off to Orlando.
There are high expectations surrounding the team. They have previously produced a Paralympian and won five Invictus medals, including three golds, in 2014.
This year's competitors are being pushed hard by their Help for Heroes coaches.
That means that despite excitement building ahead of the competition in Florida, some team members already have their sights set on bigger things.
PO Sean Gaffney explained.
"I see Invictus as very much a springboard... once I've competed at Invictus, if I was good enough, I'd like to move on and compete at a higher level."
