UKAF football double header: How to watch LIVE

BFBS will be bringing you live coverage of a UK Armed Forces double header featuring both the men's and women's teams.

The women kick us off on Tuesday 17 May when they play their President's Cup fixture against the Dutch Forces at 11:00 BST.

On Wednesday 18 May at 17:00 BST, the men's team renew a rivalry with the Irish Defence Forces and both matches will be live on the Forces News Facebook page.

The President's Cup match sees Karl Milgate's UKAF side return to the competition after a COVID-enforced break.
