RAF denied by goal-line decision in defeat to Wolves
The RAF Ladies football team have made a losing start to 2022 at home to Wolves.
With the Inter Services coming up in March, the Air Force looked to continue their good form at the end of last year against challenging opposition.
But, despite winning their last three home matches, they were beaten 1-0 thanks to Chantelle Teare's goal.

The RAF felt they should have equalised when Wolves captain Hannah Sparkes cleared off the line – with the Air Force claiming the ball was over the line.
Izzy Redding could have doubled the Wolves' lead when she hit the crossbar from close range before the game was ended early due to serious injury.
This is the second time the RAF and Wolves have battled each other after a surprising RAF win in 2020.
