2 PARA win chaotic Infantry Cup final
A missed penalty, a dramatic comeback and a shootout success resulted in one of the most action-packed finals in years.
The 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment have won the Infantry Cup for the first time in their history.
In a match filled with dramatic action, the Colchester-based team beat 2 SCOTS on penalties to lift the Walter Tull trophy in Aldershot.
The match had a number of missed chances, four goals, a missed penalty and a shootout to decide the winner.

2 PARA raced into a 2-0 lead in the first half but a brave comeback from their Scottish opponents, which included a missed retaken penalty and a last-minute equaliser, took us to penalties.
From there, 2 PARA kept their nerve to seal their maiden Infantry Cup triumph.
