Inter Services boxing: How to watch the forces' best boxers live

It's that time of year once again when the best forces fighters battle each other for boxing dominance – and you can watch every punch LIVE!

The 2023 Inter Services boxing championships take place in the evening of Thursday 9 March with the Army team looking to defend their title.

Plymouth will host the night of action and you can watch it LIVE on the Forces News YouTube channel or on catch-up via BFBS TV (for serving personnel only).

The Army have been Inter Services champions since 2019 when they took the trophy from the Navy at HMS Nelson.

Since then, the 2020 and 2021 championships were postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions and the Army's victory last year marked four years as champions.
