As heads of state and senior military personnel prepare to join relatives of those who died on the Gallipoli peninsula on Saturday, Forces TV has been speaking to some of those whose loved ones fought in the campaign 100 years ago. 
 
John Bagnall was just 17 when he landed at Gallipoli in 1915.  
 
His ship, HMS Triumph, was torpedoed, and he spent the next seven months scavenging for food on the beaches.
 
Years later, his daughters would listen while he told them stories about the campaign.
