One of the key announcements in this week's Strategic Defence and Security Review was the creation of two 'strike brigades'.
 
Each will be made up of 5,000 personnel, taken from existing Army numbers.
 
To be created by 2025, the government says they'll be capable of rapidly deploying across the world to respond to "diverse" threats to the UK's security, and will use the MoD's fleet of almost 600 new AJAX armoured fighting vehicles.
 
But with no increase in manpower, how will these brigades stand up?
