Watch: Timelapse of HMS Queen Elizabeth arriving in Scotland

Royal Navy flagship HMS Queen Elizabeth has arrived in Scotland before embarking on a "routine exercise and routine training", according to Navy bosses.

A timelapse video shows the 65,000-tonne aircraft carrier sailing to the Northern Ammunition Jetty at Glen Mallan, on the east shore of Loch Long.

HMS Queen Elizabeth left her Portsmouth home last week and despite leaving after dark, hundreds of well-wishers turned up to see her off.
