Freedom Parade: Army aviators finally mark regiment's 50th anniversary

3 Regiment Army Air Corps looks forward to an exciting future as the first unit to receive the Army’s new Apache AH-64E attack helicopter.

Army aviators were finally able to mark the 50th anniversary of their regiment – delayed several times by the pandemic.

3 Regiment Army Air Corps marched through the Suffolk town of Bury St Edmunds in a delayed Freedom Parade to mark the regiment's anniversary.

The regiment will now look ahead to an exciting future with a new aircraft, and a new capability, enabling new levels of protection.
