Guto Bebb and Soldier

A new housing estate providing 322 homes for serving personnel has been officially opened in Tidworth on Salisbury Plain.

Guto Bebb, Minister of State for Defence Procurement, handed over a set of keys to a serving family as he officially opened the new estate.

The family were able to move into their new home on the same day.

Handing over of the keys

As well as the handing over of keys, the minister visited a family, already living on the estate.

To hear all about it, Forces Radio BFBS Presenter Adam Powney attended the opening and spoke with Mr Bebb and the families.
