Soprano Laura Wright famed for her Invictus Games official theme song ‘Invincible’ and last year’s UK Armed Forces team captain former Army man David Wiseman have completed an impromptu indoor rowing challenge.

The Chief Executive of UK technology company Sage, Stephen Kelly, challenged Laura and David to row 500 metres and they accepted. Sage is one of the sponsors of the 2017 Invictus Games and has started the hashtag #SageServingHeroes to support everyone competing at the Invictus Games. The company gives "businesses around the world the information, insight and tools they need to succeed today".

Hal Stewart witnessed the sweat inducing feat in Toronto and asked David how it all came about.

"He laid down the challenge not just there and then but also on Twitter so it was very public. I'm not one for not picking up a gauntlet and I know Laura isn't either so we've teamed up today to accept that challenge."
