From a far corner of Blandford Camp in Dorset, shots could be heard all week from the many competitors taking part in this years' Royal Signals Corps Clay Shooting Championship.
The competition tested the Signallers shotgun skills and attracted participants from across the Corps including instructors from the British Army Clay Shooting Team to lend a hand.
The first two days of the competition are used to train new followers of the sport, with the end of the week dedicated to the competition itself with members aiming for glory (and clay).
When not hosting competitions, the shooting club offers an alternative to Wednesday afternoon sports and also opens up to civilian groups and individuals from across the south wanting to train in the discipline.
After the event, Cpl Hall (centre) shared how he felt the week went for everyone involved...
Special recognition for top marks this year went to Sgt Lee Forrester for winning the A Class competition, Guest High Gun went to Duncan Wallace from Laporte and this years' Team Champions were 3DSR.
