Shadow defence secretary visits firm making tracks for Army's Challenger 2 tanks heading to Ukraine

Shadow defence secretary John Healey has visited the Yorkshire-based firm that makes tracks and armour for the British Army's Challenger 2 tanks.
The Labour MP was given a tour of Cook Defence Systems, part of the William Cook Group, in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Mr Healey toured the firm's production line that makes specialist parts critical to the Royal Navy's submarines and saw the tracks the company makes for the British Army's tanks and its allies.
It comes as 14 UK Challenger 2 battle tanks will be sent to Ukraine to help the country in its fight against Russian invasion.
"Labour will ensure British defence investment is directed first to British business as part of our mission to buy, make and sell more in Britain," Mr Healey said.
The shadow defence secretary also met management, workers and apprentices while visiting Cook Defence Systems.
