The Chilcot report and comedians doesn't seem like a natural pairing - but at the Edinburgh festival the two are coming together.

A new fringe show is doing something few people are ever likely to, that's read all 2.6 million words of the investigation into the Iraq War.

When Sir John Chilcot published his report in July – it had taken 7 years and cost over 10 million pounds.

Iraq Out & Loud is the reading of the Chilcot report into the Iraq War, word for word, 24 / 7, until it is completed.

A host of comedians, activists, writers and members of the public will take to this shed to read the full report of the Iraq Inquiry, and at an average speed of 120 words a minute it will probably take until the end of the Edinburgh Fringe to see it finished.
