We asked for your questions and Polar Preet answered.

British Army officer Captain Preet Chandi has been answering questions from the Forces News audience ahead of her gruelling Antarctic challenge.

The physiotherapist from 3 Medical Regiment, who is being sponsored by BFBS, is getting ready to become the first woman of colour to cross the Antarctic unsupported.

Known as 'Polar Preet', she will make the 700-mile journey – expected to take 45 days – to the South Pole completely on her own.
