Ex-Army Head Calls For Better Mental Health Treatment
General Lord Dannatt says a complete culture change is needed for service personnel's mental health

A former head of the British Army has called for improvements to the treatment of service personnel suffering from mental health problems.

General Lord Dannatt has told the Sunday People that a complete culture change is needed over the issue of mental health in the forces.
Meanwhile in the Mail on Sunday the former RAF navigator John Nichol said he's indebted to the psychiatrist who treated his post traumatic stress disorder.

The MoD says it takes the treatment of mental health extremely seriously and was improving education and training.
