Donald Trump and Theresa May

President Trump Set To Arrive In The UK

Donald Trump will arrive in the UK later this morning at the start of his first trip as President.

He is expected to arrive at lunchtime ahead of a visit to the US Embassy in South West London.

On Friday, Trump will join Theresa May at Chequers before meeting the Queen at Windsor Castle.

It is then believed he will head to Scotland to visit Turnberry, the South Ayrshire golf resort he bought in 2014.

Protests against him are planned for each day of his visit.

The NATO Summit Continues

The summit continues today, with the main topics including strengthening NATO's presence in the Black Sea region, as well as Afghanistan and the campaign to defeat the Islamic State group.

Non-NATO partners, such as Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Ukraine’s Petro Poroshenko, are expected to attend the summit.

Conversations are likely to focus on policy rather than politics.

The Army Cricket Final

The REME have won this year’s Army Inter Corps Cricket Championship, beating the Royal Engineers by the narrowest of margins.

With the scores tied on 163, the last Engineer batsman, Ned McLelland had the chance to seal the contest but was caught out.

It meant the REME took the title having lost fewer wickets.
