Bikers Ride For Remembrance

A thousand bikers rode through Cambridge and on to the US Cemetery and Memorial at Madingley to honour those who've fallen in conflict.

There are thirteen Rides of Remembrance staged across the world now, and this is the ninth year it has been run in the UK. Each year has attracted more bikers from across the country to take part, both civilian and ex-service people.

"It's part of our ethos of brotherhood."

There was a service of remembrance held at the memorial. For many of those attending it was a chance to remember fallen colleagues from various conflicts over the decades.
