Combating Isolation After Leaving The Forces With Forward Assist

Forward Assist helps veterans who are struggling to adapt to civilian life in the north east of England.

 

The charity organises sports activities as well as running a garden project to help combat isolation and encourage former service personnel to support each other after they've left the forces.
