King Charles turns 74: Watch military's gun salutes from Green Park and Portsmouth

 

The King is celebrating his first birthday as monarch with military gun salutes and musical performances.

Gun salutes are being fired across the capital in honour of his birthday for the first time.

At midday, the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery fired 41 volleys at London's Green Park, while Royal Navy personnel fired gun salutes in Portsmouth.
