Mike Beaton from the Royal Marines has built up an online following with a series of engaging videos in which he demonstrates his many recipes – using food as a platform to inspire and educate.

The Royal Marines chef, who was awarded an MBE by Queen Elizabeth II for promoting a healthy lifestyle to his online followers, showed Forces News his cost-effective recipe for seasonal scran to make your Christmas day less stressful.
