Technical Help

BFBS provides technical support through local stations, email and telephone. If there is a technical problem with the service or you require assistance please contact BFBS using the following details for your location. Additionally, there is a Satellite Receiver FAQ and help guides (see right) for BFBS equipment.

Please note, the BFBS TV systems used in each country are different along with the assistance and support processes. Please only use the process given for your country otherwise your issue may not be acknowledged or resolved.

Afghanistan

BFBS technicians located in-theatre can be contacted by phone. If outside office hours or if more convenient, please e-mail stating your location and the nature of the problem.

There are two different systems, please use the help process relevant to your system:

Cable

If your set top box is a Humax unit and does not have a BFBS SmartCard, you are using the cable system.

Please call our cable support company HCM, if they are not available please leave a message including your contact details and they will get back to you.

If your set top box is Pace or TechniSat and has BFBS SmartCard, you are using a satellite system.
