Help for Heroes has launched a special video in a bid to raise awareness of Mental Health.

It's part of its Hidden Wounds project, a psychological wellbeing service offered to veterans and families of those currently serving who suffer from anxiety, depression and anger.

The short video features former Cpl Daniel Grobler and highlights some of the common experiences of those experiencing mental illness.

The project has proved hugely successful since its launch two and a half years ago, seeing more 1,000 people referred to its service.

The charity says between 2015 and 2016 it saw a 66% rise in those being referred because of mental health problems.

The Hidden Wounds service is confidential and offers expert support available by phone, Skype or face-to-face.
