Military Pay Cap Row
Labour's demanding the pay cap on the Armed Forces be scrapped.
They say that the starting salary of an army private has dropped by £1,000 in real terms since 2010 because of government policies.
The party's to raise the issue in the Commons later today, as ministers come under increasing pressure to drop restrictions on millions of public sector workers.
Exercise Zapad Kicks Off
This year, it is only forces from Russia and Belarus who are taking part.
However, given mounting tensions between Moscow, Europe and the US, NATO officials say they're closely monitoring Exercise Zapad - a key Russian show of force.
RAF Northolt Rumoured Expansion
The government has denied having a secret plan to hugely expand the use of RAF Northolt in north-west London.
The airfield's to shut for eight months next year for renovations, and local campaigners claim afterwards there could be moves to allow thousands more commercial flights.
Last year there were 4,000 military flights from Northolt, compared to 10,000 commercial flights.
